PresenTense is a grassroots organization that builds the Jewish Community’s next generation of pioneers by equipping them with the tools and networks they need to change the world and inspire the Jewish People.
We are inviting European social entrepreneurs who are passionate about social change and the Jewish people to apply to the PresenTense Summer Institute in Jerusalem. During the six week program at the Summer Institute, from June 10 - July 24, 2010, you will learn the skills you need to make your idea for social change in the Jewish Community a reality! We offer specialized courses in a variety of areas necessary to launch successful ventures such as: budgeting, fundraising and social media. We will match you with mentors who will guide you to make your venture successful, and, of course, an opportunity to NETWORK with like minded people from around the world who are excited and dedicated just like you! Accepted applicants will receive a full scholarship and are welcome to apply for needs-based stipend to cover additional living expenses.
Applicants are encouraged to apply with an early stage idea for a social venture. The deadline to apply to the Summer Institute is now February 15th.
