ROI Grants Manager - CLI Israel Office

THE CENTER FOR LEADERSHIP INITIATIVES - ISRAEL

JOB DESCRIPTION: ROI GRANTS MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
The ROI Grants Manager is a full time position at the Center for Leadership Initiatives, Jerusalem, Israel office.  The position is an opportunity to contribute to Jewish life and non-profit leadership while refining professional skill sets in a collaborative environment.  ROI is a global community of young Jewish innovators that was created by Lynn Schusterman as a partnership between the Center for Leadership Initiatives and Taglit-Birthright Israel.  Now in its fifth year, the ROI community is composed of over 500 young Jewish innovators and social entrepreneurs from around the world who have participated in the annual ROI Summits in Israel.  The goals of ROI are to provide networking opportunities, professional development, and fiscal support for members’ projects.  In 2009, ROI launched two grant funds totaling nearly $500,000.  The ROI Grants Manager will be responsible for the grant making processes – including publicizing the funds, administering the application and decision-making process, and working directly with grantees in support of their ventures.  The position will require managing extensive relationships within the ROI community and its growing network of creative individuals around the world, as well frequent reporting on the status of grants to CLI board members and the public.  More information can be found at the ROI website (www.ROIcommunity.org) and the CLI website (www.leadingup.org).
